This is an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising team at West Dean College. You will manage and deliver all aspects of our growing Individual Giving programme; developing new audiences and stewarding them to enjoy a rewarding relationship with West Dean College. This programme is in a real growth phase and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to trial new approaches that build lasting relationships with a new group of donors.
You will have demonstrable experience and knowledge of fundraising, in particular individual giving and/or legacies. Your excellent copy-writing skills and your focus on building strong relationships will be important in this role. There is lots of potential, so your ability to prioritise work effectively will be crucial. We have a strong team ethos within fundraising at West Dean College, so we will welcome a good collaborator.
This is a part time role, and the successful candidate will work 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday (days to be agreed) on a 9-12 month fixed term basis.
